Christmas Concert 2006

Given by PWCS, Saturday 16th December 2006, St Andrew's Church Paddock Wood. Family Christmas Celebration at 3.30pm, The Glory of Christmas at 7.30pm. Elizabeth Poston - The Nativity, plus other seasonal pieces and carols for all to sing. Interval refreshments. Family Christmas Celebration – Adult ticket £5, Child (16 years and under) £2.50 and a Family Ticket consisting of 2 adults and 2 children £12.50.For the Evening Christmas Concert – Adult £7 and Child (16 years and under) £2.

Summer Magic Concert 2006

Given by PWCS, Saturday 17th June 2006, St Andrew’s Church Paddock Wood at 7.30pm. An Evening of Magic and Flights of Fancy Vaughan Williams - In Windsor Forest, Horovitz - Horrortorio We will be joined by children from Paddock Wood Primary school, who will provide some additional magical musical items. This will be a wonderful mixture of music and a fun evening. Refreshments of strawberries and cream, fruit juice. Tickets £7, £6 OAPs and Students, £1 under 16s (programme included)

Easter Concert 2006

Given by PWCS, Saturday 8th April 2006, St Andrew's Church Paddock Wood at 7.30pm. Schubert - Mass in G, Mozart - Vesperae solennes de Confessore with full orchestra, Conductor Adrian Pitts, Leader Cecilia Griffiths-Lamon, Accompanist Paul Jeffery Soloists: Suzanne Barrett (soprano), Catherine Welch (mezzo), Michael Jamieson-Smith (tenor), Philip Snowdon (bass). Tickets £8, £7 OAPs and Students, £1 under 16s (programme included).

Summer Concert 2005

Given by PWCS and St Andrew's Church Choir, Saturday 18th June 2005, St Andrew’s Church Paddock Wood at 7.30pm. A concert to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the consecration of St Andrew's Church and the 25th anniversary of the founding of Paddock Wood Choral Society.

The society's past and present conductors - Graham Dibbens, Tony Starr, Paul Jeffery and Gareth Stubberfield - will each be choosing a piece for PWCS to sing. The Choral Society will be joined by St Andrew's Church Choir and past & present members of the Bennett Jazz Band.Samantha Houston (mezzo) will be our guest soloist. This will be a wonderful mixture of music and a fun evening. Programme to include G.F. Handel - Zadok the Priest, Graham Dibbens - Spiritual Fantasia, Henry Bishop - Home Sweet Home (arr. Bob Chilcott), John Bratton - The Teddy Bears' Picnic (arr. Vaughan Williams - Linden Lea (arr. Gareth Stubberfield) Tony Starr - Benedictus, D.N. Wood - Secret Place, William Featherstone - My Jesus, I love thee. (music A.J. Gordon, arr. J. Howard), A.
